Meet the Internet
of Mobility

Any User, Any Vehicle, Any Interface

A global decentralized mobility network whereby any vehicle - public, shared, private, electric, or autonomous - can be discovered, combined, booked, unlocked, and paid for by any user  of any interface.

A web3 future for Mobility

The Internet of Mobility is a decentralized marketplace that aggregates the highly fragmented ground mobility market - an industry which is worth over $6tn. The IoM standardizes and democratizes access to mobility services. The result is a mobility network that works for the mobility service providers (MSPs), system integrators, demand partners and most importantly - for the end user.

The Internet of Mobility is awaiting your involvement. Whether it is as an individual contributor, as a Mobility Service Provider, an  operator of an app, website, or other user interface that wants to integrate its mobility services, as a Systems Integrator, as an investor,  or as an enthusiast of decentralization and/or mobility - we want to hear from you.

With the Internet of Mobility, you won’t have to imagine. All this and more is made possible by the IoM protocol.

Mobility Service Providers and the IoM

The IoM protocol transcends the aggregation that the Mobility as a Service (MaaS) industry offers. Instead, it powers a decentralized infrastructure where mobility services can announce themselves so end-users can discover, combine, book, and pay for all mobility  services through any front-end connected to the IoM, whether it is an app, website, or any other kind of user interface.

A protocol that works with and for all Mobility Service Providers

The IoM can connect virtually any kind of mainstream mobility service mode, including scooters, e-bikes or mechanical bikes, taxi, ridehailing, carsharing, transit, rail, and will continually evolve as a community effort to support the mobility modes of the future, including autonomous vehicles and peer-to-peer or decentralized fleets.

Increased efficiencies

MSPs can announce mobility services on the IoM protocol to increase fleet utilization, increase profits, and drive user uptake, all without incurring new customer acquisition costs. This allows MSPs to monetize their fleets more efficiently and at greater scale than was previously possible, all while capturing token rewards for driving utilization within the protocol.

A Neutral Infrastructure

The IoM protocol is agnostic in its design, meaning any MSP can connect to and offer services through the mobility network. Ranging from the largest to the smallest providers, peer-to-peer or decentralized, each MSP adds value to the network and is encouraged to

Demand Partners and the IoM

Demand Partners and the IoM

Demand partners bring in end-users into the Internet of Mobility. They operate apps, websites or other user interfaces with large customer bases and drive real utilization of the mobility services connected to the protocol. They can range in industry - from rail operators to airlines, the public sector, super apps, and corporate mobility for employees.

A protocol that works with and for Demand Partners

Through connecting to the IoM, Demand Partners can better serve their customers’ mobility needs, adding value to their core offer and increasing revenue, ARPU, and transaction frequency and volumes - all while capturing fees and token rewards for driving utilization within the protocol.

Node Operators and the IoM

Node Operators run the infrastructure that both animates and oversees mobility in an area of operation, and as such are a critical piece of the IoM infrastructure.

Driving the territorial growth of the IoM

Node operators will capture fees and token rewards for running highly utilized nodes that facilitate large volumes of real-world mobility transactions. Since the Internet of Mobility is decentralized, no one company or organization will run nodes in exclusivity; node operators will have to bid to win auctions in each territory.

A Protocol that works with and for Node Operators

Node Operators are essential to the day to day running of the IoM protocol and ensure its upkeep of quality of service while maintaining unrivalled scalability, as such, Node Operators capture token rewards for their efforts.

Systems Integrators and the IoM

Connecting to the Internet of Mobility can be a daunting task for organizations that are not tech savvy, particularly experienced in decentralized technologies, or lack the business processes to hold crypto assets.

A crucial role of Systems Integrators will be filling in the gaps and hiding any perceived complexities for Mobility Service Providers and Demand Partners.

Systems Integrators can reach agreements with such stakeholders under traditional contracts or incentivized by the token rewards that such stakeholders receive through their participation in the Internet of Mobility.
